Her work as a change catalyst spans not-for-profits, national and international government organizations, and financial institutions across The Netherlands, Belgium, the UK, and Canada.

But it wasn’t all smooth sailing. After facing the realities of failed change initiatives and enduring personal loss that led to burnout, Jacqueline turned her focus to uncovering what truly helps people thrive through change. That’s when she discovered the power of a brain-based approach to change management—one that gets to the heart of human behavior.
